Need walk-in care?

Unexpected health concerns do not always fit a schedule

Everwell plans to provide walk-in care for appropriate non-emergency concerns when clinic availability allows.

Contacting the clinic before arriving is recommended whenever possible. Walk-in capacity may change throughout the day.

Non-emergency concerns only Everwell is not an emergency department and cannot replace emergency care.
Local residents and visitors Walk-in care may be available to both area residents and travelers.
Availability is not guaranteed The clinic may reach capacity or recommend another appropriate care setting.
Medical emergencies

Do not submit an appointment request during an emergency.

Website forms and routine clinic messages are not continuously monitored. Waiting for a response may delay necessary emergency treatment.

Call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately for severe, rapidly worsening, or life-threatening symptoms.
Appointment questions

Before you submit your request

Does submitting the form reserve a time?

No. A requested date or time is not reserved until the clinic contacts you and confirms the appointment.

Can I request a same-day visit?

You may request same-day availability, but space is not guaranteed. The clinic will respond based on scheduling and patient volume.

Can I request an appointment for my child?

Everwell plans to serve patients age three and older. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may be required to complete consent documents.

Should I describe all of my symptoms in the form?

Provide only a brief, non-sensitive reason for the visit. Avoid submitting detailed medical histories or private medical documents through a general website form.
