Appointments and walk-in care

Receiving care at Everwell

Appointment and walk-in availability may vary depending on clinic scheduling and patient volume.

Do I need an appointment?

Everwell plans to offer both scheduled appointments and walk-in care. Availability may vary, so contacting the clinic before arriving is recommended whenever possible.

Can I walk in without calling first?

Walk-in patients may be accepted when space is available. Calling or sending a message before arriving can help you avoid unnecessary waiting if the clinic is at capacity.

Does submitting an online form confirm my appointment?

No. An online request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic responds with an approved date and time.

How quickly will the clinic respond?

Response times depend on clinic hours and patient volume. Website forms should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns.

Can Everwell treat a medical emergency?

No. Everwell is not an emergency department. Call 911 or seek emergency care immediately for severe or life-threatening symptoms.

Patient information

Who Everwell serves

Everwell is intended to serve individuals, families, local residents, and visitors to the area.

What ages does Everwell see?

Everwell plans to provide care for patients beginning at age three. The clinic may refer patients elsewhere when a concern requires pediatric, specialty, urgent, or emergency care beyond the clinic’s scope.

Are new patients welcome?

Yes. New patients may request an appointment or contact the clinic with questions about becoming established with Everwell.

Can tourists or visitors receive care?

Everwell intends to welcome area visitors who need appropriate non-emergency care while away from home. Availability and treatment options will depend on the patient’s needs.

Can my entire family receive care at Everwell?

Family members age three and older may be eligible to receive care. Individual medical needs will determine whether a visit is appropriate for Everwell.

What if Everwell cannot treat my concern?

When a patient needs care outside Everwell’s scope, the clinic may recommend urgent care, emergency care, specialty care, or another appropriate medical resource.

Payment and membership

Understanding your options

Final insurance participation, pricing, and membership details will be added once confirmed.

Does Everwell accept insurance?

Everwell plans to serve insured patients. A final list of accepted insurance plans will be published once participation is confirmed.

Can I be seen without insurance?

Everwell is intended to offer options for uninsured and cash-pay patients. Contact the clinic for current pricing and payment information before your visit.

Will I know the cost before receiving care?

The clinic will provide available pricing information whenever possible. Final costs may depend on the services, testing, supplies, or treatment needed during the visit.

What is membership-style healthcare?

Membership-style healthcare generally involves paying a recurring fee for a defined set of clinic services and benefits. Everwell’s final membership structure is still being developed.

Is membership the same as health insurance?

No. Membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospitalization, emergencies, specialist care, or services outside the clinic.

Can insured patients also become members?

Membership may be available to both insured and uninsured patients. Final eligibility requirements will be provided before enrollment opens.

Preparing for your visit

What to bring and what to expect

A little preparation can help make your visit smoother and give the clinic the information needed to support your care.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring a photo ID, your current insurance card if applicable, a list of medications, relevant medical information, and any forms requested by the clinic.

Should I bring a list of medications?

Yes. Include prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements when possible.

Can I send medical records through the contact form?

Do not send medical records, insurance card photographs, Social Security numbers, or highly sensitive health information through a general website contact form. The clinic will provide secure instructions when records are needed.

What should I expect during my first visit?

New patients may be asked to complete registration forms, provide health history information, discuss their primary concerns, and review appropriate next steps with the provider.

Can a parent or guardian attend a child’s visit?

A parent, legal guardian, or properly authorized adult may be required for care involving a minor. Final consent and documentation policies will be provided by the clinic.

Will my information be kept private?

Everwell is committed to handling patient information professionally and according to applicable privacy requirements. Avoid submitting private medical details through unsecured website forms.
